2nd district of Virginia had to do the by-elections in 2014 to select the person to represent them in the House of Representatives in Washington. Rigell was the person who had been in the job from 2010. Time had come however for the people to go back to the ballot and separate the best leader from the weak one. Rigell was on the ballot for his second chance. Surprisingly, Patrick Suzanne was also in. She felt he was capable of handling everything that was to be taken care of once she was the congresswoman. These were the two icons that governed the elections here. It was not easy for the people to elect the best between the two with the extensive campaigns they showed. There were, however, other aspects that always set these two candidates apart.
These are the main topics that the candidates kept on talking about if changing to help the people. Every candidate stood by their manifesto. Patrick, for example, had a lot that she wanted to do to the people of Virginia 2nd district. She was looking forward to enhancing and the payment of fees, reduce sequester effects, build peace between Virginia and other states within the US as well as abroad, uplift the economy, etc. Rigell also had his bit. They clouded on each other pertaining the issue of Medicare, however. They had two opinions over the same thing, and people had to select the best out of this.
Patrick and Rigell were of course behind two different parties. The two parties with these candidates happen to be the top there is within the region. These include the Republican as well as the Democrat. The previous candidate who was in the house representative position Glenn Nye came from the Democrat party. Rigell, however, changed things by being elected with Republican Party in 2010. The battle was on therefore not only between the two potential leaders but also between these parties. Rigell had it in the end, however.
There were so many factors that made Patrick Suzanne-Washington politician who ran for office to gain the confidence of serving the people in the best way. In the first place, she saw a in the way the competitor and former Congressman Rigell was carrying on his roles. She had the chance to make things right so that everyone could benefit from the economy.
Patrick had had a perfect experience in her previous careers including the military and business investment consultant. She, therefore, possessed what it took to be a leader of such a rank as the district representative. Rigell on the other side was not left behind.
